Bible College

The Rock Church of Temecula believes in giving God’s people the tools they need to become successful witnesses for Jesus Christ. For several years, The Rock has had a thriving bible college program operating under the name “Growing Leaders Institute.” Growing Leaders Institute (GLI) has provided bible college training to local believers by facilitating courses created by the International School of Ministry (ISOM).
In 2009, leaders at The Rock became aware of an opportunity to expand the bible college program by establishing a resource center for Vision International College, USA. Vision International has resource centers around the world and graduates thousands of qualified ministers each year. By creating a partnership with Vision, GLI has become part of a global community that is reaching the world with the truth of God’s word. In 2010, Growing Leaders Institute became affiliated with the Vision International Educational Network (VIEN). As an affiliate member of this network, Growing Leaders Institute is able to offer quality theological training to students using Vision’s curriculum. Furthermore, Vision International has a long standing relationship with the International School of Ministry (ISOM). Therefore, students who have completed five trimesters of ISOM curriculum are eligible to transfer their units from ISOM to Vision, where they can pursue advanced theological degrees.
As a resource center connected with the Vision International Educational Network, Growing Leaders Institute is able to offer a variety of courses that place students on a path towards obtaining accredited ministerial degrees. Most courses offered by Growing Leaders Institute are taught during weekend seminars offered one weekend per month. These seminars are open to members of the community interested in developing a deeper walk with God.
